He was predeceased by: his parents, Nyle W. Phillips and Lois Jane Ewan Phillips; his siblings, Roger, Glenn Phillips and Tina Phillips; and his niece Keli Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Moore Phillips; his children, Bobie Phillips-McFarland (Adam), Robin Lee Phillips Jr. (Jasmine) and Matthew Dale Phillips (Kristen Shaffer); his sisters, Debbie Phillips and Tracy Lucas; his grandchildren, Dylan, Ryley, Austin, Hannah, Nyle, Kylee and Blaney; and his grandmother Patty Moore.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, Private visitation and services will be held with visitation on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p. m. at Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg, Ohio and service Wednesday with his brother-in-law, R. Wesley Moore officiating.
