It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny Jo Ramsay of Jacobsburg, Ohio, born in Bellaire, Ohio, who passed away on March 23, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Elda Mae Davolio (Albaugh). She is survived by: her father Dominick Davolio, Jr.; her husband Dale Ramsay; her daughters, Michele Ramsay and Renea Ramsay; her granddaughter Alexandra Will; and her siblings, Michael Davolio (Lee Ann), Joan Busby (Charlie), Dom Davolio (Susan) and Mark Davolio (Carol).

Memorial contributions may be made to the St. John's Catholic Church in Bellaire or the Belmont United Presbyterian Church on Key Ridge.
