He is survived by: his mother Andrea Pollock Lattocha of St. Clairsville; his wife Carla Ostrosky Lattocha of Jacobsburg; his children, Rachael Stonebraker (Randy) of Belmont, Eugene Lattocha of Jacobsburg and Megan Smolenak (Shane) of Adena, Ohio; his granddaughters, Brianna and Olivia Stonebraker; his nephews, Andrew Lattocha, Aaron Lattocha (Courtney) and Scott Conrath (Christy); his great-nephews, Owen Conrath and Eli Lattocha; his great-niece Clara Conrath; and his brothers, Andrew "Drew" Lattocha of St. Clairsville and Dennis Lattocha (Melanie) of St. Clairsville.
