He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry E. Ramsay and Vivian Elizabeth Crowe Ramsay; and his sister-in-law Penny Davolio Ramsay. He is survived by: his children, Jana Ramsay of Wheeling, WV. and Alex Ramsay of Bloomington, IN; his siblings, Dale Ramsay of Jacobsburg, Linda Planey (Rick) of Key, OH. and Paula Trump (Gary) of St. Clairsville, OH; and his grandchildren, Vincent and Evelyn Alston.
