She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Neff and Wilma Ramsay Neff Dunn; her husband Elwood Carl Fankhauser; her daughter Paula Barbe; and her sister Nada George.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary E. Fankhauser of Jacobsburg and Neal Fankhauser (Paula) of Bethesda; her son-in-law Terry Barbe of Bethesda; her grandchildren, Ty, Brock Fankhauser, Jennifer Schumacher (Ryan), Cassie Jo Coates and Victoria Morris (Preston); and her great grandchildren, Emma, Ada, Owen Coates, William and Seth Schumacher.
