It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Michelle Lunsford of Jacobsburg, Ohio, born in Bellaire, Ohio, who passed away on July 16, 2023, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Donald "Lobo" Keyser; her daughter Devron P. Lunsford; and her nephew Tony Robbins. She is survived by: her mother Lydia McCormick Garloch of Dillonvale, Ohio; her husband Steve Lunsford of Jacobsburg; her son Justin Michael Lunsford of Midvale, Utah; and her sisters, Susan Bumgardner (Chester) of Warnock, Elizabeth Davis (Joseph) of Dillonvale and Melissa Cork (Charles) of Moundsville. She is also survived by aunt and many cousins.
