He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Vargo and Sharon Cordery Vargo Williams; his son Steven Vargo; and his sister Sherry Ward. He is survived by: his wife Mildred "Millie" Saffell Vargo; his children, Glen Vargo, Jr. (Melanie) of St. Clairsville and Tisha Kanopsic (Bob) of St. Clairsville; his siblings, Anthony Vargo of Texas, Mike Vargo of Woodsfield, Richard Vargo of Pataskala, Ohio and Dawn Stebbins of Sistersville; and his grandchildren, Michael, Paige, Samara and Bailey.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic masks and social distancing will be required during the visitation at Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg on Friday from 4 to 8 p. m.
