He is survived by: his parents, Harley Dale and Linda Mellott (Mayhugh); his wife Lynda Mellott (Shook) of Jacobsburg, OH; his children, Brandi Jarrett (Mike) of Shadyside, OH, Misty Gonglik (Ben) of Bellaire, OH and Chris Shook of McMechen, WV; his siblings, Jimmy Mellott of Jacobsburg, OH, Jeff Mellott of Bellaire, OH and Rhonda Tennent (Keith) of Powhatan Pt; and his grandchildren, Lexi, Austin, Maci, Saedi and Kashton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
