He is survived by: his wife Jo Anne Keyser Baker; his children, Michelle Lynn Williams of Jacobsburg and Jeffrey Michael Baker of Jacobsburg; his sisters, Louise Lochary, Hilda Brandon, Millie Sliwinski and Ruth Jeffers Borovich; and his grandchildren, Williams, Hope Elizabeth Baker and Jeffrey Caleb Nelson Baker.
