He was predeceased by: his parent Joyce Smith (Johnson); and his grandparents, Herb and Betty Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Kathie Smith; his children, Danielle Milbert (Smith), MaKenna Berka and Aaron Smith; his granddaughter Linkyn Elaine; his sisters, Kandi Anderson and Gwendalyn Smith; and his pets, Putzy, Tilly and Winnie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
