He is survived by: his mother Wanda Whitmore Tinkham of Jacksonville; his sons, Christopher Sharp (Brandy) of Nelsonville, Samual Sharp of Athens and Robert Sharp of Athens; and his former wife Sandra Sharp of Shade. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
