She is survived by: her husband James Michael Campbell; her children, Jeremy Campbell (Cady), Cassie Duncan (Terry) of Jacksonville and Jessica Campbell of Jacksonville; her grandchildren, Clayton, Colton, Caleb, Jaedyn, Ensly, Rayleigh, Noah and Logan; her sisters, Debbie Mannering and Donna Balaine; her mother-in-law Dora Campbell; and her close friend Snooks. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
