He is survived by: his parent Mary Bendervich Mingus; his wife Donna Shifflet Mingus of Jacksonville; his daughter Hope Varner (Tony) of Glouster; his grandchildren, Noah and Olivia; his siblings, Franklin Mingus, William Mingus (Judy) and Virginia Irwin (Greg) of Sunbury; and his close friends, Bob Sayre and Jerry Brown.
