He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Campbell (Cady) of Jacksonville, Cassie Duncan (Terry) of Jacksonville and Jessica Campbell of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Clayton, Colton, Kaleb, Jaedyn, Ensley, Rayleigh, Liam, Noah and Logan; his mother Dora Mae Malone Campbell of Jacksonville; his siblings, Dave Campbell (Pam) of Jacksonville, Vickie Nott (Greg) of Albany, Brenda Campbell of Jacksonville and Connie Everett of Jacksonville; his sisters-in-law, Debbie Mannering and Donna Balaine; and his close friend Alyse Smith. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
