It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Herbert C. McCloud of Jacksonville, Ohio, who passed away on February 20, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston McCloud and Reba Jude McCloud; and his siblings, Hassell, Hack, Doug, Chester, Alberta Wilson and Pauline Valcano.

He is survived by: his wife Teresa Troiano McCloud of Jacksonville; his children, Nick McCloud (Chelsey) of Glouster, Andy McCloud (April) of Glouster, Herb Jr. McCloud (Rayna) of Columbus and Angie Meisse; his granddaughter Callie; his siblings, Ike McCloud (Tammy) of Milton, WV, Benny McCloud (Carolyn) of Branchland, WV, Ivadene Goodard (Tim), Doralea McCloud and Clotine "Tine" Dille of Ohio; and his pet Teddy.
