Simons (Jacksonville, Ohio), born in Athens, Ohio, who passed away on August 13, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent John Simons; his grandson Stephen Simons; and his siblings, Bob Simons and Orpha Tippett. He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth Kochis Simons; his wife Shirley R. Russell Simons of Jacksonville; his children, Greg Simons (Joan) of Lancaster, Christopher Simons (Helen) of Jacksonville, Georgia Simons of Jacksonville and Rose Gamble (Ronnie) of Hollywood; and his brothers, Jim Simons (Anita) of Jacksonville and Mike Simons of West Virginia. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.
