He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward John and Mary Elizabeth Pallo Moleski; his sisters, Delores Neff and Patricia McHugh; his nephew Phillip Neff; and his siblings-in-law, Gay Moleski, Roger Versteeg, Phillip Neff and Jim McHugh.
He is survived by: his sons, David A. Moleski II (Sharon Angle) of Jacksonville and Jerry Moleski (Lori) of Glouster; his grandchildren, Jennifer Moleski, Matt Moleski (Katie), Jeri Lynn Moleski-Shust (Alex), Michael Moleski (Melissa) and Jeremy Moleski; his great grandchildren, Cayden Ward, Jaxson Shust, Piper Moleski, Madesyn Moleski and Tanner MacDowell; his siblings, Mary Ann Versteeg of Hilliard and Ed Moleski of Nelsonville; and his daughter-in-law Bobbi Moleski. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
