She was predeceased by: her parents, James Michael and Tammy Darlene Dixon Campbell; and her grandparents, Jim Campbell, Raymond and Annette Dixon.
She is survived by: her husband Terry Duncan of Jacksonville; her sons, Clayton Foster Sayre (Alyse Smith) of Albany, Colton Riley Sayre of Jacksonville and Kaleb William Duncan of Jacksonville; her grandmother Dora Mae Campbell of Jacksonville; her brother Mike Campbell (Cady) of Jacksonville; her aunts, Vickie Nott (Greg) of Albany, Brenda Campbell of Jacksonville, Connie Everett of Jacksonville and Debbie Manring; and her uncle Dave Campbell (Pam) of Jacksonville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
