She was predeceased by: her father William Adkins; and her sisters, Debora Nichols and Delrene Adkins. She is survived by: her mother Beverly Adkins; her children, Shannon Michael Nichols, Nashaun "Shaun" Ann Nichols and Derick Milhoan; and her siblings, Terry L. Adkins, Lonnie Adkins and Minetta "Lynn" Rippeth. She is also survived by four grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
