He is survived by: his son Jacob Garlock; his parents, Richard Garlock and Betty Garlock (Hannay); his brother Thom (Karen Garlock) of Jackson, WY; his brothers-in-law, Dave Raines (Julie) of St. Louis, MO. and Dan Raines (Karen) of Raleigh, NC.; his nephews, Paul and Joe Raines; his niece Rachael (Brian); and his wife Lori.
