He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Henry (Mitzel) of Jackson; and his children, Marie Henry of Houston, Michael R. Henry (Jois) of Columbus, Marcia C. Lewis of Chillicothe and Mark A. Henry of Loudonville.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Christ United Methodist Church, 150 Portsmouth St., Jackson Ohio 45640.
