He was predeceased by: his wife Amy Mullins; his mother Anneta Arthur; his stepmother Betty Mullins; and his brother Ryan Arthur. He is survived by: his children, Makayla Mullins, Alexis Miller (Nathan), Cierra Mullins, Ryan Mullins and Owen Mullins; his father Paul Mullins (Alice); his sister Ann VanDyke (Nicole); and his grandchildren, Mikey, Ashton Matthews and Jonah Miller. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home (28 Harding Ave, Jackson, OH 45640). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
