He was predeceased by: his brother Frank Eisnaugle; and his nephew Mike Eisnaugle. He is survived by: his children, Jonnita Osborne (Rex) and Brett Eisnaugle (Christi); his brother Steve Eisnaugle (Shirley); his sister-in-law Deloris Eisnaugle; his grandchildren, Angie Osborne, Trevin Eisnaugle (Natalie) and Blake Eisnaugle; his great grandchildren, Connor Worsham, Kayla Worsham, Troy Worsham, Bayne Eisnaugle and Brylee Eisnaugle; his nephew Gary Eisnaugle (Malvary); his niece Linda Scurlock (Ed); his former wife Sandy Pelfrey; and his pet Katie.
