He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hughes and Othella Hughes; his wife Geraldine "Bid" Hughes; and his uncle Delbert Yates. He is survived by: his siblings, David Hughes, Mary Hughes, Rose Huston (Keith Sr.) and Debbie Doles (Clyde). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
