She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Kelly and Doris Kelly (Womeldorf); her husband Dan E. Franklin; her son Tad Franklin; and her sister Jeannie Bush.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Mendy Saunders (Mitch); her grandchildren, Tristan (Rebekah), Braxton (Jenna), Kellan, Gary and Aeiron; her brother Greg Kelly; and her grandmother Paisley. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home (28 Harding Ave, Jackson, OH 45640). A celebration of life was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
