He was predeceased by: his brother Patrick Clayton Rutter; and his father Terry Wayne Rutter. He is survived by: his daughters, Audrey Holland (Kyle) and Kendal Rutter; his mother Shirley Berger (Whetzel); and his aunt Kathy Schieman.
