He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Dempsey and Elsie Mae Mann Dempsey; and his sister Beverly Dempsey. He is survived by: his brother Ken Dempsey (Heather) of Ironton, OH; his nieces, Mandi Dempsey (Jessica), Sarah Dempsey (Evan) and Lucy Dempsey; his nephew Randy Steele (Kam); his great-niece Addy Steele; his great-nephew Zeke Steele; and his aunts, Charlotte Walters and Brooke Campbell. He is also survived by cousins and other family members.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hall Funeral Home & Crematory (625 OH-775, Proctorville, OH 45669). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
