He is survived by: his mother Doris Terry (Leach); his wife Kathleen Terry (DeStephen); his siblings, Randy Terry (Elizabeth), Melody Mullins (Bob), Sandy Workman (David) and Trish McCullough; and his siblings-in-law, Jen Jacobs, Raymond DeStephen, Arthur Jr. DeStephen (Donna) and Mike DeStephen (Debbie).
