He was predeceased by: his parent Siegel Terry; and his brother-in-law Tony DeStephen (Diane). He is survived by: his mother Doris Terry (Leach); his wife Kathleen Terry (DeStephen); his siblings, Randy Terry (Elizabeth), Melody Mullins (Bob), Sandy Workman (David) and Trish McCullough; and his siblings-in-law, Jen Jacobs, Raymond DeStephen, Arthur Jr. DeStephen (Donna) and Mike DeStephen (Debbie).
A reception will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home (28 Harding Ave, Jackson, OH 45640).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Mt. Olivet Cemetery Fund.
