Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Chase Lee leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by: his brother Chris; and his grandfather Lonnie McClellen. He is survived by: his mother Debra McClellen; his siblings, Chad and Amanda; his father Ed Arthur (Don Spears); his uncle Danny; and his sister Paisley. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews, also one special niece.
