She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Franklin Joseph and Gladys Osborne; her daughter Meredith Rowley (Seth); her grandson Cullen Rowley; her siblings, Patricia Shumate, Mary Hall, Robert "Bob" Osborne and Kathleen "Kathy" Cruse; her nieces and nephews, Don Channel, Barbie, Bobby Brian, Alan, Tiffany, Melissa, Joanna, Donna and Eddie; and her brothers, Joseph "Joe", Gerald "Jerry" and David Osborne.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home (135 Broadway St, Jackson, OH 45640). A rosary was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church (334 Court St, Jackson, OH 45640).
