We are sad to announce that on June 13, 2024, at the age of 34, Brian Christopher Wade of Jackson, Ohio, born in Delaware, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William, Ramona Wade and Reva Mitchell. He is survived by: his parents, Timothy Wade and Diana "Lynn" Wade (Mitchell); his daughter Layla Wade; his sister Brittany Wade; his girlfriend Jessica Collins; his girlfriend's children, Landyn and Bentley Collins; and also, Wendy, Don Crisp and Brian.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to his family for Layla's future.
