She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. McNerlin and Kay L. McNerlin (Jenkins); and her sister Anita Walker. She is survived by: her husband Tim Phillips; her son John Phillips (Donna); her granddaughters, Alyssa Phillips, Hailie Phillips, Madalynn Phillips and Isabella Phillips; and her siblings, Sharon Smith (Marti) and John McNerlin (Sandy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
