He is survived by: his siblings, Alison Baldridge and Greg Phillips; his nephews, Lance Atkins (Christal) of Wellston, Jonathon Atkins of Madeira Beach, Cameron and Caden Mormon of Wheelersburg; his niece Taylor Phillips of Tuscan; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Keaton Tyler Mormon, Khloe May Morman and Theodora Sue Mormon. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
