She is survived by : her parent Pauline Stephens (Farmer); her spouse Tony Ray Cornett Sr.; her children, Tony Ray Cornett Jr. of Anna and Katina Shaffer (Jason) of Anna; her grandsons, Dustin Wayne Cornett (Siera) and Derek Thomas Shaffer; her great grandchild Charlie Cornett; her siblings, Linda Grimes (Bruce) of Burlington, Doris Pryor of Pine Knot, Juanita Waddle of Williamsburg, Ronnie Stephens of Pine Knot and Ray Stephens of Edmonton; and her sister-in-law Juanita Stephens. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
