He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Seeley and Grace Seeley (Linabary); his daughter Tracey Sue Seeley; and his son-in-law Kevin Young. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Young and Amanda Bell (Kirt); his grandchildren, Lacy Young, Cheyenne Wagner and Ciera Hoffman; his sister Mary Howell (Ron); and his cousin James Leach. He is also survived by many numerous nieces and nephews.
