He is survived by: his spouse Ruth Ann Kerns; his children, Jill Ruppert (Rudy) of Jackson Center, Tim Gerber of Jackson Center, Kay Schumann (Phil) of Celina and Jukka Kaijalainen; his grandchildren, Christina Mann (Brandt), Heather Barhorst (Zac), Shawn Smith, Holly Bowersock (Jeremy), Erica Jackson (Wes), Nicole Neubauer (David), Stephanie Waples (Justin), Kinsey Stelzer (Nick) and Chad Schumann (Abby Kotarski); his great grandchildren, Haley, Caitlyn, Ethan Barhorst, Alaina Mann, Courtney Mann, Jonathon Bowersock, Holden Bowersock, Samantha, Madison, Elijah Neubauer, Reagan Jackson, Elias Jackson, Wyatt Waples and Austin Waples; his sister Joan Seiler (Jerry) of Illinois; and his close friends, Stewart Calvert, Herschel Knoop and Reggie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
