She is survived by: her parent Iva Foote (Helmlinger); her spouse John Partington; her daughters, Kay Burch (Doug) of Jackson Center, Vicki Powell (Rick) of Lakeview, Angie Gill (Walt) of Loveland and Jodi Eagan (Billy) of Virginia; her grandchildren, Josh Burch (Robin), Chad Burch (Jill), Chris Powell (Julie), Jaime Powell (Bill Nevers), Connor Gill, Tommy, Timmy, Summer, Autumn and Nick; and her siblings, Betty Jenkins of Jackson Center, Judy Sosby (Chet) of Jackson Center, Cheryl Swaney of Jackson Center and Marvin Foote (Joyce) of Fort Wayne. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and cousins.
