He was predeceased by : his daughter Anjael Lockard. He is survived by : his parents, Claire Lockard and Joann Lockard; his wife Georgia Davis; his children, Thomas Lockard of Jackson Center and Aprile Dawn Thompson of Dayton; his sister Michelle Bayshore; and his stepsiblings, Kristie Tawney, James, William, Allen and Andrew Bergquist. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
