He was predeceased by : his parents, Max E. Maxwell and Cleona Maxwell (Hone); his brothers, Bob and Bill Maxwell; and his brother-in-law George Klopfenstein.
He is survived by : his wife Darlene Maxwell (Leiss); his children, Penny Roehm (Greg) of Delphos, Tim Maxwell (Angie DeMers) of Tampa, John Maxwell (Dawn) of New Bremen and Michael Maxwell (Jenny) of Sidney; his grandchildren, Josh Marchal, Jeremy Marchal, Nikki Maxwell-Doak (Bryan), Holly Nienberg (Wes), Shelby Maxwell, Morgan Houser, Drew Houser, Taylor Maxwell, Elizabeth Maxwell and Grace Rader; his great grandchildren, Hayden, Harper, Holden, Brandon, Ethan, Huxley, Charlotte and Ezlyn; and his sisters, Jane Klopfenstein and Becky (Dan).
