He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred L. Bodenmiller and Eileen Bodenmiller (Valentine); his siblings, Dick Bodenmiller, Bob Bodenmiller, Tom Bodenmiller, Geri Brown, Mary Rickey and Rose Mullen; and his half-siblings, Kenneth Bodenmiller, Florence Yohey (Bodenmiller) and Helen Ingersol (Bodenmiller).
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn L. Bodenmiller (Boyd); his children, Fred Bodenmiller (Christina) of Jackson Center, Darrell Bodenmiller of Maricopa, Beverly Wren (Brad) of Jackson Center and Joseph Bodenmiller (Jenny) of Botkins; his grandchildren, Tiffany Miller (Alex), Stefanie Amiruzzaman (Amir), Seth Bodenmiller (Logan), Brandon Bodenmiller (Cynthia), Justin Bodenmiller (Melissa), Erin Pence (Tyler), Jess Zorn (Evan), Sean Wren, Spencer Bodenmiller and Caleb Bodenmiller; his great grandchildren, Aleo Amiruzzaman, Boden "Bo" Miller, Penelope Bodenmiller, Sebastian Bodenmiller and Jakson Pence; his siblings, Don Bodenmiller (Carolyn) of Port Jefferson, Maxine Bowden of Sidney and Frances Fridley of Anna; and his siblings-in-law, Marcella Bodenmiller of Jackson Center, Gene Bowden, Charles Fridley, Cecil Brown, Orville Rickey, Carlton Mullen and Betty Bodenmiller.
