It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Epifania Oakley of Jackson Center, Ohio, born in Karnes City, Texas, who passed away on November 23, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Eulalio Arriola and Leodora Arriola (Molina); her sister Sophia Espinoza; her half-brothers, Lupe Sandoval and Johnny Joe Sandoval; her husband James "Rex" Oakley; her sons, Joe Oakley of Jackson Center, Jimmy Oakley of Jackson Center and Johnny Oakley of Sidney; her grandchildren, Jessica Gomillion and Ryan Oakley; and her sister Mary Soliz of Sinton, Texas. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
