He is survived by: his wife Amanda Spears (Matney); his pet Liberty Bell; his children, Madison Spears of Ironton, Devan Spears of Ironton, Ethan Spears of Ironton, Saundra Wallace of Tennessee, Austin Sharp of Ironton, Chase Tadlock of Ashland, Kentucky and Logan Tadlock of Ashland, Kentucky; his siblings, Jason Spears of Ironton, Adrienne Carlisle of Ironton and Amanda Bass of Ashland; his grandchildren, Amelia Jo Tadlock, Luca Zachary Tadlock and Stella Marie Grant; and his nieces and nephews, Jazzlyn Lewis, Zoey Bass, Lilly Bass, Mikey Spears and Charles Carlisle, Jr..
