He is survived by: his mother Judy Webb Murdock (Kay); his wife Julia Shope Webb; his children, Tiffany Newman (Mike) of Coal Grove and William Webb (Willie) of Coal Grove; his stepdaughter Laura Shope of Ironton; his grandchildren, Landon Webb, Lauren Webb, Olivia Newman and Bryson Newman; and his sisters, Letitia Webb French and Pamela Webb Ackison of Coal Grove. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
