He is survived by: his wife Alice (Clemenson); and his siblings, Jennie Clark (Jeff Drooger) of Chicago, IL, John Clark (Mary Kay) of Chicago, IL, Brian Clark (Laura) of Chicago, IL and Tim Clark of Platte City, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
In 2019, Bill was honored with the John W. Walsh Dedication to Excellence Award, a recognition of his contribution to their mission.
