He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lewis (Wade); and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Lewis of Reynoldsburg, Sherry Lewis of Pine Bluff, Patty Wade of Ironton and Ron Wade (Cindy) of Ironton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations can be made in honor of Tom Lewis to Resurrection Hope Methodist Church, 617 Wyanoke St. Ironton, Ohio.
