She was predeceased by: her parents, William Franklin and Thelma Bragg (Bentz); her husband Robert "Bob" Riley; her son Robert "Robbie" Franklin Riley; and her sisters, Julia McKee and Marilyn Isaac.
She is survived by: her nieces, Lisa Massey (Rick) and Vickie Davis (Mike) of Columbus, Ohio.; and her nephew Joseph Isaac (Rita) of Ironton.
A graveside service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Woodland Cemetery (824 Lorain St, Ironton, OH 45638).
