It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Frances Salisbury of Ironton, Ohio, who passed away on January 29, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Otis Eubanks; her husband Wendell E. Salisbury; her son James Edward Salisbury; her grandson Michael Edward Salisbury; her son-in-law Jeffery Harper; and her siblings, Charles Eubanks, James Eubanks, Willis Eubanks, Otis Eubanks Jr. and Marjorie Persinger.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Ellen Wood (Martin) of Lester, WV, Wendy Ann Harper of Piketon, OH and Joseph Wendell Salisbury (Padma) of Irvine, CA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
