It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Lee Remy Sr. of Ironton, Ohio, who passed away on June 21, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Eli Remy and Gaynell "Nellie" Remy (McKee); his daughter Doris Remy (Childers); his former wife Nellie Remy (Howell); his daughter Cheryl Carmon (Rick) of Pedro; his siblings, Garland, Ancil, Paul, Arthur, Sanford, Norma Clement (Bill), Grace Bentley (Paul) and JoAnne Burcham (Mack); and his wife Doris.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Land (Riffe) of Chesapeake, Rhonda Pennington Moyer (Mike) of Ashland and Ronald Lee Remy, II; his grandchildren, Robert Land, Jr., Barbara Land, Christina Carter (Dave), James Riffe, Lloyd Carmon, Daniel Carmon (Rebecca), Michelle Hawkey (Ben), Michael Pennington (Shelby), Creed Lucas Remy and Cross Remy; and his great grandchildren, Matthew, Maxwell, Xander, Liza, Declan, Lacey, Parker, Milli, Willie and Barrett. He is also survived by his family, friends.
