He is survived by: his wife Linda Foe (Popp); his children, Sheila Foe (Rodney) of Leland, Christina Wilson (Greg) of Ironton and Eddie Foe (Rebecca) of Tallahassee; his stepdaughter Jennifer Cannon (Ira Osborne) of Ironton, Ohio.; his sister-in-law Pam Foe of Leland; his grandchildren, Courtney Defranceschi (Alen), Brittany Lewis (Allen), Candace, Sophia, Selina Foe, Thomas Cannon, Christopher, Logan and Lucas Wilson; his great grandchildren, Lorelei, Easton Lewis, Cayden and Colton Lewis; and his stepbrother Paul R. Stephens.
