Robert left this world on January 19, 2025 at the age of 39, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Ray Fout and Roberta Fout (Hale); and his grandparents, Robert L. Hale, Ray Fout, Merle Adams, Causby Hale and Thelma Hale.
He is survived by: his sister Dawnya; his brother-in-law David Boggs of Ironton; his nephews, Zackary of Ironton, Zane of Ironton and Zayden Boggs of Ironton; his niece Zayla Boggs of Ironton; his grandmother Jane Adams of South Point; his siblings, Tyrull Clark (Jessica) of Fort Gregg-Adams, VA and Michelle Webb (Fred) of Pedro; and his pet Maeve. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (1004 S 7th St, Ironton, OH 45638). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
